I met Bill Dana (the 8th original astronaut) for the first time at Wally Schirra’s funeral reception ... what was it? ... about two years ago April or May?
Anyway, he spoke and reiterated the story that after Wally’s flight, Bill called Wally and asked, “So, Wally, where ya been?” Wally said, “Oh, you know ... around.”
