The woman who asked a question of Specter, was later treated poorly (to put it mildly) by O'Donnell on MSNBC, she told Glenn Beck about the vile things done to her, the threatening email and cell calls, not just to her but to her father. Judge Napolitano said that this is a criminal violation of her First Amendment right, she has the ability to have her DA charge these people with criminal intent. He advises that the email be saved, that it is a simple matter of contacting the cell phone server to get the names of those on the other end of the threatening calls.
Same thing for this man -- it is time for people to stop allowing this crud to continue and have them charged, law enforcement must get involved. No more talking to TV talk hosts, as good as that is for us to see/hear and know it's going on, do as Judge Napolitano says, keep the transmissions and use them to hold these criminals liable for their outrageous actions.

Even here...we almost elected a pretty good Republican - Dino Rossi in 2004 - they pretty much stole the election by counting 3 (or was it 6 times?)

Local district attorneys are not all beholden to the 0bama (in)Justice Department -- there is no reason not to have one who is threatening physical harm being charged, at the very least he gets a knock on his door from the local cops. A citizen may press charges against his neighbor for criminal behavior, Judge Napolitano simply let us know where to begin.
