The dems are like a bunch of Bolsheviks changing the rules constantly to fit themselves.

So if Kennedy croaks, Massachusetts is left without a senator until the next election that would normally fill the seat instead?
SWEET!

Title SHOULD have been: “Kennedy SHOULD have resigned 40 years ago”.

And to think that our first stands for American liberty actually took place in that state.

The people in Massachusetts need to remember what happened when that jackass “governor” in Chicago decided to fill Barry Soetoro’s seat. Pay to play can get really ugly.

Kennedy Should rRsign Actual Title: Kennedy should resign
It somehow manages not to spell like a drunk.
Have you heard of "copy" and "paste"?

What the folks in Mass SHOULD send The Swimmer (instead of what he asked for) is a New pair of SPEEDOS and a note saying, GO FISH.

Jacoby is the token conservative at the Boston Globe-Democrat. Think the editorial staff would agree?

Should have added: But beneath the tug at the heartstrings, there is always shrewd political calculation “on how best to further sink the U.S.”

The fact is that Kennedy should resign because he is unlikely ever to be able to do his job again. That’s just a fact and has nothing to do with the fact that I wish he’d never had the job in the first place. It would be ironic if this massive fiasco failed because there was no Kennedy vote to cast for it. His ego is too big for his party’s own good.

It's amazing that Dems can do something like this and it's fine. If Republicans did this it would be outrageous. Imagine if Bush had appointed a bunch of czars?

Either he’s slumping in his seat or he’s shorter than I thought. The seat belt is way too high.
