We don't want a compromise. The public option is not the only thing wrong with ObamaCare.
And since when is a compromise necessary when the Dems control over Congress is overwhelming?

Will they also demand the repeal of the individual mandate? Will they repeal the ban on new individual policies being written? Will they... oh there is SO much else that is wrong with this bill.

Health care proposals need to be scrapped as they are unconstitutional.

He argued that a government plan was imperative because it would introduce competition in the industryWhat competition? What "option" would there be if the companies could no longer sell individual policies???
such balderdash.

As long as the Dems continue to insist on a public option, the Republicans must counter like McCain is doing. Being seen as an “obstructionist” won’t help our cause. Don’t let them focus the debate on the GOP “Party of no.”
Once they give in on the public option, is when you start to attack the concepts of a government designed co-op.

Senator McCain! If the GOP wants to ever win an election again, they need to FORCE THE RATS TO GO NUCLEAR.

And I don’t want to hear it is being replaced with co-ops.
The co-op was the centerpiece of hillarycare.

The only “compromise” is to shred every bill out there and start completely over!

McCain is an idiot. He's going to vote for the co-ops which is exactly the same thing as a Public Option.
Time for him to take his meds and retire.

Dear Senator McCain:
Sometimes, "compromise" is a dirty word.
This is one of them.
Shut your piehole. And retire. Please!

Compromise? No, I want it defeated, not cutting crappy deal.

I don’t think that Obama understands what competition means.
To me competition means that two entities compete and make each other better. His idea is that the government steps in and put others out of business then claims they must have been bad businesses.
When Bush (conservative light) come out with the medicaid prescription plan our company dropped prescription coverage for the retirees as quick as possible.

Co-ops that are government run and governmenr funded and its board appointed by the President. How is that a co-op? That does not fit the definition of co-op, it sounds like a new name for the "Public Option Mandate".

Compromise is important to the dems as they want the republicans to be stuck in their tar baby also.
If it tanks horribly then they can say see we wanted to go all the way but you wouldn’t let us.

The only compromise is to shred every bill out there and start completely over! The only compromise is to shred every bill out there and leave it up to states, localities, and individuals because it isn't a federal issue in the first place. Because no sane human being would want the feds in charge of their health care.
There.
Fixed it.
