Another point is that under the new health bills if a doctor takes money from gov programs, they CANNOT do operations etc for people with the money to pay full price in cash.
And even if they don't take gov money, I think doing operations for people that can pay the full price will be a no-no too.

That was certainly part of Hillary’s plan. And it was Betsy McCaughy Ross who sunk that one, by actually READING it and revealing that they were going to PUT PEOPLE IN PRISON for obtaining (or attempting to obtain I reckon) private health care.
That is how it is in Canada, and my understanding is that there is a lot of bribery, etc. that goes on so the well-heeled get to the front of the line.
Maybe somebody wants to refute or confirm that, but that is what I have heard.
