Actually the story about this has been on FR since last week. It was first mentioned in a thread on Obamacare but I don't remember what thread. However this is the first thread on it that I found.

This is heartbreaking.But expected and in the eyes of the Democrat party, perfectly reasonable and justified. I am going to go out of a limb and state that I think that most military veterans tend to vote for non-Democrats. What better way for the Democrat party to get rid of a large segment of its opposition than to kill it off by denying it health care.

I read somewhere on FR that this book had been around for awhile and Bush had suspended it’s use. Obama brought it back.
