I don’t see a single Bible verse on this thread. Nor do I see anyone asking about her position on abortion. I only see two posts that could be construed as anything but strong support for Nicks, in spite of her politics (which aren’t as left as most would assume).

Thus the reason we don't see the "purists" attempting to beat up on her. Also, pointing out the modus operandi early in the thread helps keep out the troublemakers.

You are correct. The mods have done a nice job.

Maybe you just think all Christians act that way and feel the need to reinforce that stereotype as often as possible.

Or just maybe, as a Christian, I'm tired of making excuses for the intolerant ones.

The reason Christians aren't here bashing her is because she did something decent for the men and women who protect the United States. It's that simple.

One post sends these intractable troublemakers and their messages of damnation running for the tall grass? They must not be very persistent. You should try working some of that magic on the jihadists.
