My answer would be YES.

And I would add that we are ALWAYS in need of repentance from other forms of sin ( homosexuality being but one of them ).

The answer is NO. Hut I wonder why you ask this question since I never so much in my post said that homosexual acts are not sinful.

YES.

It should be forsaken. However that does not mean that there are people who are Christians who do not struggle with it. Just as there are Christians who struggle with all sorts of other sins ( e.g. pride, self-righteousness, etc.). We all sin even after we believe, and we are daily in need of God's strength.
