I read that too quick and thought for the moment that I was reading about the "late" abortion practitioner LeRoy Carhart. For one pleasant second I thought he had joined George Tiller in Beelzebub's Choir Infernal.

It also included photos of dilapidated conditions at his abortion clinic, the Abortion and Contraception Clinic of Nebraska. The abortion center didn't stay open long after the fire because repairs on it hadn't passed a city inspection. He was accused of putting women's health at risk by reopening without the inspection and broke the law by operating the abortion center without an occupancy permit he needed to do so. Carhart later admitted to the Bellevue Leader newspaper that he operated without a permit for three days.

Let's see. Let's just have a pro-life med clinic try operating anywhere in the country for three days minus a permit amidst dilapidating conditions...

And it wouldn't take a letter from 4 pro-abortion groups to bring down governmental wrath upon them. Not only that but it'd be headline & broadcast news everywhere beyond Bellevue.
