Well around here that would mean that they would have to crack down on all the illegals. They find empty parking lots and lay out a bunch of crap to sell. They have unlicensed taco trucks in the lots also. I highly doubt in this PC town (Houston) that they have the balls to actually shut any of this down. They’ll probably go to the church bazaars and shut them down instead.
People will just give it away.
