The arbiters of life are at the door knocking. So when the door opens do they get to decide who gets pregnant and who can’t, being arbiters and all...?

arbiter:
1. One chosen or appointed to judge or decide a disputed issue; an arbitrator.
2. One who has the power to judge or ordain at will

The answer to your question is "Yes."

A young lady in Wichita called Limbaugh, I think it was, last week. She had read the bill.

And she discovered that, if she and her fiance' were unable to conceive, they would have to apply to the National Health Board for a "permit" that would allow them to receive fertility treatments (or some other designated treatment).

The clause was on page 900-something.

She also feared that, due to her color and her politics, she would be unlikely to receive such a permit. Not without reason, in my estimation...

So, yes, under Obamacare, there will be not only death panels, but life panels.
