poor people sometimes dont even have grocery stores in their communities I have been poor all my life and I have always lived a grocery store. I cn't find a community that doesn't have a Wal-Mart. Even in downtown Dallas where nobody lives the city subsidized a grocery store. Its stupid.

Well I know some parts of California cities don't have any because of looters and burning them down during riots. They do have liquor stores tho and Mom and Pop stores that overcharge for everything. Imposing this tax would just put a heavier burden on people who have to shop at those places.
And I was poor for most of my life, only after running my own businesses did I escape it.

I read on FR yesterday that there are no grocery stores left in Detroit. Just small corner stores. They are tending gardens in empty lots for food.
