By coercing the citizens of MA to enter into a contract with the Insurance Lobby under penalty of law, Mitt Romney violated the Contracts Clause of the 13th Amendment. Unlike cars, which are insured because there is no right to drive, there is however a right to life.
I'm going to have to ask for a refund from my law school. I was under the impression that the 13th Amendment abolished slavery. And, I thought that Article I, section 10, clause 1 contained the "contracts clause".
