'Cash for clunkers disaster' ping, anyone for government run health care based on this model?
Obama gave up the 'fiscal conservative deficit cutting 'sales pitch for free health care (Obama lives by polls ) and is now trying a 'social-moral-Christian-values' sales pitch for free health care, Ask this question at a town hall meeting: “Did Jesus demand that Rome raise taxes on the Jews ( Pharisees ) at sword point to pay for Christians's bread, fish and wine??? And what effect would that have had on the Jews( Pharisees ) to Christianity ? ”When did support of increased secular Rome power/control become a Christian issue? When did Christian compassion become the government taking your property by force to give to specific voters?
How about house democrats investigating (so far it is a request) health insurance company's excecutive's pay but not the drug companies pay because the second cut a deal with Obama to run pro-Obama care commercials and the first opposes a public plan?? Could you write a script like that?
The Chicago way includes rewarding corrupt friends and hurting pious/honest enemies. I'll say one thing for Obama and friends - they know how to fight dirty - and this is just the start...
