second, the earth has been warming and cooling for billions of years. Seems to me to be a bit presumptious to think that man should or could impact it. Isn’t that kind of like playing God?

Given the government history over the last six months of "fixing" stuff, I say the government should run away from anything that has the slightest bit of complexity.
