I totally understand man . I left 24 years ago next month . At the time it wasn’t because I saw the writing on the wall . After all , Ronald Reagan was President . But from around 91 on , I gradually came to the sad conclusion that America had seen better days . I still prayed for my country and hoped things would turn around , but things just got worse . Look what we have now . A marxist and usurper as POTUS and the Rats running the Congress and the Senate . Who could have predicted that ?

Japan is no utopia , but I’ve had a good life here and a great wife . No regrets .

I don’t love my country quite as much as I used to , but would be willing to take part in a civil war to take it back .

Yes, I know it is tight in Japan. I am not sure if I could
adapt to the culture..A bit too stiff for me, but here, EVERYONE is so laid back.
