Congress targets insurers to get proprietary corporate data: Regulator or Competitor?

If government wants to offer health care, they need to get out of the regulatory business. Or be a regulator, not a health care provider. Most people would call this request a mater of anti trust. Waxman thinks its OK to get this data because, hmmmmm...... well I don't know why.

Waxman is pushing for this BS. Now if your memories are intact Waxman used this same ploy against everything tobacco but back then they only came for the smokers and all was happy now they are coming for everyone else so one question. Are all those that did not speak then are you happy now?

I gathered from Neil Cavuto’s report that Waxman was seeking specific names. It sounds to me like they are adding to Obama’s enemies list!!

Waxman is demanding, by Sept. 4th, more than names...he wants salaries paid out, etc.

It is intimidation and this was also covered by Hannity.
