I wonder ... is the program shutting down so as to NOT PAY DEALERSHIPS? Four out of five applications to Big Brother are REJECTED. In Obamanomics the goal is to eliminate business. What better way to screw dealerships than to NOT pay them and leave them holding the bag?

I wonder ... is the program shutting down so as to NOT PAY DEALERSHIPS Which dealerships aren't getting paid? Could it be that there is a little "selectivity" in what dealers are getting paid who will be stuck with unpaid clunkers?

That will probably apply to government run health care as well. That is one way to keep costs down. The other is to pull the plug on grandma.
