Patrick is explaining what all these cap and trade bills are. He explains what global warming is...LOL He is talking about Al Gore making tons of money on this scam. Basically you scare people unless they pay for something. They want you to keep your thermostat on a certain place. They want to control everything. Guy is calling in on health care reform, cap and trade. Guy is giving % that gas, natural gas etc will go up. Go to Heritage Foundation to get statistics.
