Every time I read about a Czar I wonder why the Senate allows Obama to neuter them by appointing Czars.

Senator Byrd calls Zerobama's appointing all these czars unconstitutional. Congress has not authorized any of the czars he has created.

I fail to see why they don't call for his impeachment, as this is clearly a case for it
