“We haven’t busted our [expletive] the last four years to pass bank bailouts and give insurance companies everything they ever wanted. If we wanted that, we’d be Republicans,” Kos wrote Monday.
well you also threw lots of $$$ to fix potholes and destroy perfectly good cars.
Remember, Maureen Dowd made some comment about his elephant ears during the campaign, and he walked down off the stage and confronted her. He said, Im very, very sensitive about my ears, and she said, Were just trying to toughen you up!
yup...he’s a narcissist. Certifiable.
PING!
I would love to think that the American People will get a clue, but until the 2010 Election results show a rejection of the new Libtardness infecting D.C., I have little faith.
The wonderment of the moment is no reason to think that an Election that will occur 15 months from now, after the Welfare Stimulus Bill bribes have been paid, will end up any different than the last two cycles.
By the time the State Run Media triumphs every story of the fantastic success of Obama’s policies turning the Economy around, which would have happened much sooner if Free Market Forces were allowed to flourish, the Tea Party Protests and Town Hall Meetings will be a distant memory.
Timing is everything, and things have peaked a little too early IMHO. Maybe I'm just in a pessimistic mood, but my faith in my fellow Citizen's, combined with their short attention spans, has not convinced me that they will do what needs to be done.
I will hope and pray I am wrong.
My wife has been a political comma all of her life. She has never been worried about the government. Zero has changed all that. If zero can get my wife interested in politics then he must be in trouble with a lot of people who are like her. He is his own worst enemy.
Heh...! Good for her! I hope that both of you do the right thing and vote these idiots out of office! Thanks for your constitutional efforts...
Bump for later reading.
This is phemonenal. His numbers are dropping like the Hindenburg. Oh the humanity.
But then again, I should have never UNDERESTIMATED THE POWER OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHEN PUSH COMES TO SHOVE.
I hope Senator Obama has learned a mighty lesson out of all of this.
And PS your ticket for 2012 is music to my ears. Although I must say I would rather have John Bolton as Secretary of State or Director of National Intelligence, rather than mere Vice President, but nonetheless he would be an excellent Second-in-Command over this total doofus we have in there nowadays.
We have twenty years of rolling back so that we can reset it to Reagan, January 1989. Big task. Lots of rolling, I’d say. Consider all those RINOS and Democrats for big government who followed the Great One that we have to clean up after now. At least we have reversed the ships engines and are going the other direction. As it was, we were heading right for an iceberg.
What goes up must come down
spinning wheel got to go round
Talking about your troubles it’s a crying sin
Ride a painted pony
Let the spinning wheel spin
You got no money, and you, you got no home
Spinning wheel all alone
Talking about your troubles and you, you never learn
Ride a painted pony
let the spinning wheel turn
Did you find a directing sign
on the straight and narrow highway?
Would you mind a reflecting sign
Just let it shine within your mind
And show you the colours that are real
If the wheels are coming off it is because the socialists are in a hurry to replace them with tracks.
When I read that crap the kos people scream I can’t help but remember the pre-election BS from hillery supporters who claimed a huge cross-over vote for McLame rather than vote for BO.
They lie. They steal. They cheat. Nothing the commie democrats say should be believed.
Bump.
Just as soon as a whole starry-eyed, transfixed cavalcade of Young Americans zoomed to D.C. to work in the Obama Administration for little-to-no pay, you are going to see them start quietly, low key, circulating resumes, hoping to get OUT of the Administration, because to have it too long on one's CV in the future will be viewed as a detriment rather than a plus.
You heard it here, first. I suspect by Christmas these resumes will start making the rounds and they will try other career routes. They are opportunists at heart and they will read the handwriting on the wall.
You can say that again. The last senator who successfully ran for president was JFK. Of course, LBJ, another senator was his veep. I’ll let you decide how well they did.
That’s what made this election so bizarro, except for Rudy and Romney, who both dropped out early, it came down to Blowhard Juan McCain vs. sens Dodd/Edwards/Hillary/Obama.
I think we’d better go back to governors.
Or maybe non-politicians all together. Like a good General or Admiral if there are some left, or an ethical captain of business—meeting a large amount of paychecks—who performed a major company turnaround who also have military/foreign experience.
