Barney Frank got the snot kicked out of him tonight at a raucous Town Hall, but "punched back twice as hard." TV clips show enraged constituant after constituant asking him how he could support such a horrid bill. He refused to budge an inch, although he was sweating heavily in the summer heat. His money quotes: "We'd already have the money for national healthcare if Bush hadn't started his illegal war in Iraq" and, to his constituants, "talking to you is like talking to a table." Perhaps the glow is off the Barnster come Nov 2010.

I would say he probably will.
And another thing - these 'folks' in the Dem party never argue issues over their merits. Its always a game of distract and accuse. "Bush's fault", 'If I hadn't inherited this deficit...', 'IF we didn't have this "illegal war" (the spending which, by the way, Congress approved...)' ... These 'folks' never offer ideas or solutions that don't involve government takeovers. And when they get called on it -- throw up dust in the air and blame everyone else rather than defend the fact they are pushing the Country towards a communist State.
And besides, Mr. Frank, had you not 'enabled' the Housing debacle, and steered billions towards a corrupt Fanny Mae -- we'd also be sitting on a ton of cash (which should've gotten refunded back to the taxpayers - and not spent for another harebrained Government program)...
Our Capitol is infested with two-legged vermin...
The illegal war is irrelevant. We would never have enough money for Obamacare.
I am about to lose it.....Barney is one of the reasons whe had the crash and everyone is worth about half what they were......he still thinks the public is stupid and he is smart.....jeez
