There's good news in this, and bad. The good news is that this would signal the end of Nancy Pelosi and the Dem majority. And, their willingness to do this, would be a sign that the Dems actually recognize their own mortality.

The bad is that big, encompassing social programs don't go away once instituted - ever. There will be no un-ringing of this bell. And, it in less than a decade, all insurance would be owned, operated and administered by the Federal government, forever.
