To the everlasting chagrin of my dear, departed mother, I used to drag at the old Irwindale Raceway in Southern California in the late 60's (It's long gone now). I raced my box-stock '57 Ford in #4 Money. LOL! My best time was 17.57 seconds in the quarter mile. The funny part was that my W-4 form came to Mr. S. TheOldLady. "Girls" didn't do that sort of thing back then.
