Legal question: Since Van Jones’ outfit started this boycott, is it illegal, or a violation of any ethics laws for a government official to petition and/or coerce private companies to drop advertising sponsorships?

With Eric Holder as AG and our congress run by Reid and Pelosi, don't you think this question is rather moot?

Actually the question was posted by montag13 in post #5, but I don't mind throwing my two cents worth!!!

I agree, the question is rather moot since nearly everything that AG Holder & his partisan thugs do, is either in violation of the law or skirting it ever so closely. However I always like to see questions raised or asked that we already know the answer to, just to embarrass 0bozo & his commie pig thugs.

That's why I always refer to 0bozo & this thugs (including AG Holder) as socialist-fascist-commie pigs, since they are completely absent of any moral or ethical values whatsoever. They are commie pigs, plain & simple.
