He scanned through it and said, "Hold on a minute! We don't have a blood sample for DNA! We have to take care of that!" I said, "Oh really? Let me see!" I turned the records around in my direction and he stepped into the other room to get a blood test kid and I ran out the door!...WITH my records! :-)
VERY good! Did you find anything interesting in those records you might not have been expecting to find? (just curious)

Yeah... my next stop from Aerospace Medicine was the main hospital and I lit off out the door running and did NOT turn around!
My wife is a BSN/RN and she reviewed my records before I had a copy made by the hospital. The copy "appeared" to be correct. I still have it!...just in case. :-) There wasn't anything in it that we didn't expect. I was a Tech Controller so we got "used and abused" for various oddball jobs outside of fixed comm tech control. I worked in a couple of hazardous waste storage areas a few times... once in a shut down nuke reactor...and was nearby a radioactive "oopsie" at WPAFB around 1990 or so.... "possibly" exposed to asbetos once...but it turned out to be NOT so...even though it's in my records as such!
Some of the things in my records caused me to REMEMBER the stuff that I had forgotten!... but there it was! :-)
