Conservatives are not the ones putting out the relentless screaming headlines about this, liberals and the liberal media are continuously inflaming the public with articles like this one.
They remember how LBJ was able to ram through the Great Society in the wake of JFK's murder. Now they're having visions of Fidel Castro's workers' paradise being forced on America in tribute to a slain Obama.
I wonder if Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn explained to Obama this was part of the deal?

I suspect that some on the left actually do want this. But they want someone else to do the dirty deed. That way, they can push gun control and pass blame while ridding themselves of the baggage that he's quickly becoming.

If they do, then there’s no worry about all those people with guns. Zero could walk through a crowd of heavily armed citizens without a care in the world because “law abiding” citizens are called that for a very good reason. Even in an openly hostile crowd shouting epithets and even insults at him, no harm would ever come to him. We respect the office of the presidency, even if we don’t care one whit for that skinny jerk. Only the lunatic, crackpot “lone gunman” is the danger.
But if these many politicans DON’T trust us — and there’s every indication that they don’t — then every citizen SHOULD carry a gun, at all times. And get to know his neighbors personally, too.
