IF you saw the story, someone called the cops, and suspected a prowler.
I did see the story comrade, i also read it in my local paper. It’s a shame that conservatives don’t know about the bill of rights and very easily give up those rights. So if you can’t produce your “papers” then I guess it’s ok if the cops take you away in their car too.
Yeah, your right. Next time someone calls the cops on you for suspected prowling, be sure you don’t have any ID, and tell them your Elvis.
tell them your Elvis.>>>>
I’ll tell them i’m santa clause.

That is only because you are not aware of the huge number of fantastic songs Dylan has written. Gershwin, Williams, Foster and throw in Cole Porter, Lerner and Lowe, Willie Nelson, Rogers and Hammerstein etc. as well into the comparison.
Those folks each wrote maybe two dozen great songs. Dylan has literally written hundreds. His songs are gems of word play with lyrics that go right to the heart of life. And the sheer variety of themes and tunes constantly amazes me.
Those written 45 yrs ago still bite and slap you in the face. They paint pictures of incredible clarity and reality.
The lyrics of Cohen are almost obscured by the lovely quality of his voice.
Dylan’s voice is a remarkable instrument in itself. It is hard to believe the lovely songs on Nashville Skyline or New Morning are by the same person who snarls out Desolation Row.
And the stories range over thousands of years from Isis to today. As an artist Dylan is a Titan who only has a few compatriots that can even compare and none that top him. Elvis, Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Satchmo, Duke and the Count are the only ones I would mention in the same breathe. But they don’t compare as song writers.
Tom Waites would tell you himself that he is a mere lightweight compared to Dylan as a performer and not even that compared to him as a songwriter.
Oh I was just saying.. Waits is my favorite out of the bunch of nails on the chalkboard singers..LOL I’m not comparing him to Dylans genius
