This raid is typical of what BATF was so well known for during the Clinton era, and the old BATF that was relatively restrained during the Bush years is back with a vengeance now that an even more committed gun-hater than the Clintons is in charge. I turned in my Federal Firearms Licence and got out of my small time gun business after two years of harassment by BATF that began a few months after Clinton took office. The total number of licensed gun dealers fell from approximately 190 thousand to around 10 thousand during Clinton's time in office due to this same kind of Gestapo-like harassment and persecution by BATF designed to intimidate legally operating gun dealers out of business. After being ordered to meet with BATF officials at the district BATF office I was was contacted by my county zoning board and told to cease operations due my location having been rezoned non-commercial. When I called the zoning board to protest that I was grandfathered into the zone, and that several other businesses were openly operating within 100 yards or less of my little operation I was told that complaints has been made about my operation but no other complaints had been made about the others in that area.
Obama is more ant-gun than Clinton ever was and no doubt wants to drive as many FFL dealers OOB as he can, so any of you who hold FFL's may as well get ready for the BATF's JBTs to show up on your premises at any time with the intention of harassing you out of business, and if they have the slightest excuse, to physically abuse and intimidate you, your employees, and family members if possible. After hearing of countless physical abuse outrages by BATF during the Clinton era I would advise anyone not to physically resist the BATF thugs when they show up at your pace, they are just looking for an excuse to use the violent tactics that resulted in serious injuries and even deaths of innocent people during the Clinton years.

Well, there you have it, a government that cannot find an illegal alien in LA can throw old people on the floor out of bed at 5AM.
Something like this had all the earmarks of something that could have gone very bad and the result would have been one or two innocent civilians.
This is an old article from last June, but it’s still very much pertinent IMHO since the raid on an innocent family’s home is almost like a public announcement that the old BATF Gestapo of the Clinton era is back in the saddle with it’s same old intimidation tactics.

As the Obama mal-administration becomes more openly active in pursuing it's radical ant-gun agenda there will be many more outrages like this one only much worse. Anyone who holds an FFL (Federal Firearms License) had better be prepared for what's coming.
