Tillamook is great stuff, the cheese, ice cream, and butter. The company still belongs to a group of Tillamook County area dairy farmers, I believe.

Cheddar is the flagship product. I don't think it's particularly low fat, but I think any good cheeses are going to have that content specified in their traditional formulas (the “low fat” varieties are just reduced 20-25%, leaving plenty). Likewise sodium and just plain calories.

I probably eat too much of it.

We used to live out there and visited the creamery often. Now, I am only able to get the med cheddar slices at Costco.
