I urge the Houston Chronicle to subpoena Lee's cell phone records to determine who exactly she was fielding phone calls from.

I strongly doubt that any court would grant that, nor should it.

She isn't accused of a crime. Stupidity, nor general lying being a crime, or most of the congress would be in jail.

Her cell phone image has become emblematic of an out-of- touch Congress.
