He paid his price to society, so why shouldn’t he have a chance to play? As bad it was, they were still just animals and was nothing close to being as evil as abortion.

You do raise a point, I wonder how Vick's reception is going to compare with Rick Pitino's.

They're both dirtbags, although I imagine Pitino won't be treated nearly as harshly as Vick.

Unfortunately, with sports, the “Ws” will tell the tale. I suspect that Pitino is safe even in good ole Kentucky, as long as he can get to the big dance.

I’m kind of split on the Vick thing. I like that he has Tony Dungy in his corner and I do not think Dungy would be doing it as a matter of spinning Vick back to the NFL.

I think he has a bigger plan for Vick than than “just football”?
