Long-lost pilot remains returned to Florida

The remains of Navy pilot Michael Scott Speicher have returned to his Florida home, 18 years after his FA-18 Hornet was shot down on the first night of the Gulf War in 1991.

Where did they end up finding his remains? Isn’t this the pilot they thought Saddam had held as hostage prior to the more recent conflict?

Buried dout in the desert - a couple of locals finally owned up and showed the US Marines his grave.

Now Scott is home - got to be good for his family.
