I read those provisions and it seems to be misunderstood by people....
There is private insurance, you just have to join the exchange to be listed as an option.

You trust Beck to translate something for you that may have a devastating affect on your life? I wouldn't. FWIW, the numbers "1113" do not exist in the bill.
