As much as we all “love” ye olde prostate check....You do it for the ones who depend on you to be around. If you have no one around then go ahead...don’t see a doctor.

I hate going to the doctor. I haven't been to a doctor for illness in over 25 years (although I have spent some involuntary quality time in the ER & Trauma Unit for various injuries.) It seems the less I go, the less meds I take...the less sick I am. With that said, I agree with the premise that if you got folks depending on you, you should suck it up and get a physical periodically.
