The most common symptom of coronary artery disease is sudden death.

Macho was always a negative word in America, we always used the word masculine to describe men’s behavior, macho was used to describe that weak, ugly, unmasculine behavior of some men in Latin countries, think quiet, self-effacing, gentlemanly cowboy hero and the cavalry soldiers being “masculine” while the Mexican bandido camp is full of “macho” males, mistreating and beating their women and acting overtly and exaggeratedly male.

The feminist movement and the media started using the ugly, foreign word “macho” in the 1970s as a derogatory, replacement for the words “masculine” or “manly” as a way to degrade the image of positive manly traits.

Yeah, I know. I had a 42 year old golf buddy drop dead of that.

I HATE going to the doctor, and typically won't go unless I'm bleeding profusely or something's fallen off...

Wuss. That's what duct tape and whiskey are for.

Well, I hang my head in shame... Still, the ER nurse told me that I was probably less than 2 hours from passing out and dying of sepsis the last time I went to the hospital.
