I think Scott is the guy who yelled at a doctor who came to his town hall to ask a healthcare question.

Scott calls the report “edited” and his response “passionate.”

FWIW

Just a side note. I was there! everything coming out of
scotts mouth is a lie. We were there at 10:00 AM.
They said this was a meeting for the road but told us they
would answer questions about health care in a while.
Meeting was from 10-12. went on till 2 and a lot of people
had to leave. No one had anymore questions about the road,
so they opened it up for any questions. First was the DR.
and then one more guy started to ask a question and the
meeting was closed. Mad? yes I am..Sorry for the rant.

Yes, you’re right. The doctor was very mild mannered, too, and did not scream or yell. But Scott is a career politician (30-some years). I live in NE Georgia, and this dominates the news here. The attendees were told that they COULD ask health care questions after the road issue was discussed. But then Scott acted Sooooo incensed when people actually did. The district became predominately Black after redistricting, so it is heavily Democrat. Yet the district includes some Conservatives, too. Hence the fireworks.
