Peter Schiff Raises $800k for Potential Senate Primary
PR Newswire ^ | August 10, 2009 | Gerard Adams

The Peter Schiff Exploratory Committee for the U.S. Senate Republican primary in the State of Connecticut has successfully raised over $800,000 in just one month since it began soliciting donations. Over $300,000 of these donations were made since Friday after some of Peter's supporters organized a 'moneybomb.'

It is our belief that Rob Simmons would've voted with Chris Dodd in favor of the government's stimulus plans and bailouts, which have gotten our country trillions of dollars deeper into debt. It seems as though the only thing Rob Simmons offers to voters is that he is not Chris Dodd.

He’s running against a pro-choice RINO named Simmons for the Republican nomination. The general is against Chris Dodd.
