Two Quakes Rock Indian Ocean, Japan Less Than 15 Minutes Apart
By Mark Tannenbaum and Aaron Sheldrick
Aug. 11 (Bloomberg) — Two potentially destructive earthquakes struck minutes apart in the Indian Ocean and Japan today, generating tsunami alerts for India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Japan.
The larger of the two quakes was a magnitude-7.6 temblor that hit the Andaman Islands in the Indian Ocean, and it was followed less than 15 minutes later by a 6.6-magnitude quake in Japan southwest of Tokyo.
The Andaman quake struck at a depth of 33 kilometers (21 miles) at about 1:55 a.m. local time and was centered 260 kilometers north of Port Blair in the Andaman Islands, or about 825 kilometers west of Bangkok, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
A tsunami warning was in effect for as long as three hours after the quake struck for parts of India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand and Bangladesh, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.
The U.S. Pacific Tsunami Warning Center retracted an earlier statement that a potentially destructive tsunami had been generated near the quake epicenter.
A magnitude-9.1 earthquake that hit off the coast of Aceh in northern Sumatra in December 2004 triggered a tsunami that swept across the Indian Ocean, leaving more than 229,000 dead or missing from Southeast Asia to eastern Africa.
In Japan, the national weather agency said a magnitude-6.6 earthquake struck Tsuruga Bay area southwest of Tokyo early today. The USGS measured the quake as a magnitude-6.4. A tsunami warning was issued and a 30-centimeter (1-foot) wave hit the coast about 20 minutes later, NHK Television said
The earthquake struck at 5:07 a.m. local time 20 kilometers below the seabed, about 170 kilometers southwest of Tokyo near the Izu peninsula, the agency said on its Web site.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

No doubt! Seems like earthquakes like to follow full eclipses.
This email just came from a relative in Nara.

Dear .........
There was an earthquake at 5:06 this a.m. I felt it and recognized what it was (although mild here), so turned on the news.
Sounds like a major one, they are saying 6.6 in the Izu area, along with tsunami warnings (on top of the typhoon!). Strong enough to be felt here and in Tokyo, that’s bound to have some effect on people, though initial reports are only of a few things falling off shelves. Good thing it was early enough most trains, including Shinkansen not running and probably not so many people cooking or using gas.
Have exchanged email with Joy. Where they are staying is further west and she said they didn’t feel it. Also said the weather hasn’t been too bad.
Has just been reported that while areas closer to epicenter have not yet started running while inspection of track conditions are in progress, other areas, including where Charlie and the kids are, are functioning normally.
So far, tsunami conditions have been, tops, about 40cm, 16”.
An hour and a half later, it appears damage is limited, thank God.
The family seems to be just fine.
Thought you’d like to know.
In Shizuoka prefecture, more than 30 people were injured. Among them, Kikukawa City hospital says it is treating about 10 people who injured by the quake.

AIT . . . YOU OK???
LUB
But all things being equal, I would say -yes-.
Sorry no time to report in detail. We get these quakes all the time. One gets pretty jaded about it after awhile. Kind of like crossing the boulevard to get bread in Sarajevo in the early 1990s. Can't worry too much about a) the inevitable--if it is to happen, and b) what you cannot change.
STAN DEYO AND WIFE ARE TOPS IN MY BOOK.
He comes across as authentic and has been accurate well above average.
He’s a genuine Christian.
And, he has worked around UFO’s in black ops kinds of projects.
He’s keenly aware of many things and has good connections still into some areas related to END TIMES.
Joya, perhaps this is what you’ve been sensing today so strongly. Check out Stan Deyo’s link I’m responding to the post with it.
Blessings,
Actually, probably more than a dozen sources predict that.
Thanks for the map. It’s one I haven’t seen before and seems, to my mind to be more precise and possibly more accurate than the others I’ve seen.
Some Native American.
Some Christian prophetic e.g.
