I believe what Dingell really said was that they already HAD put in the amendment to address that. That’s why Sola kept insisting to know “What page?” Of course, Dingell was lying so he couldn’t respond.

Any sane American knows that if you have to put an amendment in a bill to specifically keep the government from witholding medical care for your sick loved one...that the BILL SUCKS!!
(Not that there is an ‘amendment’ mind you...it sounds like Dingell was winging it).
