This is an excellent article about character

Or lack of good character. And that's, at minimum, why the BC issue is important. It provides yet another window into who or what obama is. He hides his BC, something real Americans, regardless of where they are born, often must provide for situations much less important than the Presidency or Presidential credibility. Why??

His followers, in or out of the closet, here or elsewhere, do their best to spin this into anything but what it is. It's not about racism, it's about character, honesty and certainly it's about the Constitution. Wake up! Snap out of the trance!

I don't think that constitutes proof. Only hearsay. Because there is so much controversy surrounding the issue, so many that have already co-conspired with Obama to hide the information on his real birth records, that only the official birth record can satisfy the question.

There can be nothing "embarrassing" on his birth record, other than Obama not being who he claims to be, which would be a felony, wouldn't it. Or at the very least, expose one eventually.

Not being who you say you are, regardless if he is a natural born citizen or not, is a deception. There is a good chance that the people who voted for Obama -or whatever his name is- wouldn't have, had they known who and what he really was.

So even if he is a natural born citizen, the election would still have to be nullified, because he misrepresented himself.

I didn’t read FRee Republic from Jan 08 to June 09, as I was battling cancer. This just goes to prove how valuable Free Republic is. During that time, I did read a book by Corsi on Obama, and that was all I needed to know about him. Corsi proved that Obama was:

1) A dedicated Marxist

2) A pathological liar.

If we are unable to impeach Obama, a civil war seems likely.

They would LOVE to get away with merely satisfying that one question, and in fact have already attempted to do so. It isn’t really a lie, and if they weren’t asked if if his name was Barry Hussain Obama on the records, he’d get away with misrepresenting himself to the electorate.

7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11. Occidental College Transcripts
12. Parent’s marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service registration records
15. Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles
17. Access to his grandmother (Obama’s grandmother has since passed away from cancer)
18. List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
19. Punahou grade school records

I highly doubt it. As individual people, we are powerless to stop Obama.

The only possible way of stopping Obama is through the tenth amendment- through the state. The state would have to declare it's succession from the union, and then would we have the power through the state to assemble the peoples militia- to defend the state against any hostility from the feds.

But that isn't likely to happen either. We'd need a lot of states to do this, and it would only result in a whole bunch of independant state/ countries, no more USA. no more constitution. Only the individual state constitutions would still exist.

WHO IS THIS GUY?

Who? Why he's the guy with nothing to hide. Except for someone with nothing to hide, he suuuuure is hiding a lot and spending close to $1,000,000.00 to keep it all hidden. Which for one single reason it doesn't make any sense to me. And that reason is.... Title 8 of the US Code.

The 'birthers' are jumping all over places he 'could' have been born in - from Kenya to Canada and the Constitutional requirements for being POTUS. But a specific section in Title 8 makes it all moot. And why Barry's gaggle of Lawyers haven't cited this to end it all, also beats the heck out of me.

This is what I've found. And anyone could have by now, but apparently haven't.

United States Code -- Title 8 - Aliens and Nationality
Chapter 12 - Immigration nd Nationality
Sub chapter III - Nationality and Naturalization
Part I - Nationality at Birth and Collective Naturalization

Section 1401. Nationals And Citizens Of United States At Birth
Section 1405. Persons Born In Hawaii
Section 1408. Nationals But Not Citizens Of The United States At Birth
Section 1409. Children Born Out Of Wedlock

These are the pertinent sections of 'Part I' for any 'Barry's not qualified' argument. So I hate to say it but Section 1401 alone ends it. And the others confirm it. No matter where he was born he is a Natural Born Citizen as his mother was a U.S. Citizen. Annnnnd that 'Five Year Requirement for the mother' that has been mentioned ad nauseam is gone (or maybe was never there?), it is One Year, and it's cited in every section and she meets (met) it.

And before its asked. This section of the US Code, 'codifies' the requirements that's in US Constitution. Additionally, links to every and all Court cases pertaining to 'citizen' and 'Natural Born' are also there.

Honestly, I never knew what to make of the birthers arguments (Iread both sides). And for sure I didn't know what to make of Barry shelling out $1,000,000.00 to quash all the court cases. Then last week I went to The US Code which should be the final word on this. So I think it's time to move on and to fight the real dangers to our Republic that are in front of us. Not chasing phantoms and ghosts. He's POTUS now and that's that. Now let's stop him from turning America into Zimbabwe!

And Please, no flames. I'm NOT defending him or the RATS. Just READ Title 8. And keep re-reading it. It's in DC political lawyer-speak and has to be dissected phrase by phrase and turned into English. (/s)

No. What is currently being sold as "proof" constitutes "hearsay". Either of the two avenues I put forth constitute legal proof, and would be accepted as such by any court.

I think this is less of an issue. Lots of people go by various nicknames at different times in their lives.
