Either these politicians are the stupidest politicians who ever lived or they are certifiably insane. I suspect both.
Yeah, it is puzzling. Seems like desperation to me, a hail mary pass in hopes they get a touchdown. However, they are completely destroying their careers and any legacy (barf) in this pass, UNLESS, they have something up their sleeves to remain in power. That is the scary part. We will see.
It is alarming that this woman is so close to the presidency. She might be able to fool San Franciscans in her district time and again, but it’s really hard to believe that her party’s other congress-critters want to be forced to toe the line for such an underperformer. I’ve seldom seen anyone so clearly incapable of thinking on her feet as Pelosi.
It’s got to drive intelligent Dem representatives nuts.
