We used to have health insurance from a company out of state.

It was half the cost of our state’s Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Then in it’s infinite wisdom our state legislature passed a law barring the purchase from an out of state insurance company. Wonder how much they got paid off for that new law.

So our cost doubled. Thanks for nothing.

My state of Florida, requires me to carry maternity for all females (under 50 employees), even though all my female employees have had their tubes tied. (that was their choice, not mine). Also have to provide drug counseling, even though they are fired when they fail the drug test.
