Sometimes I think they are just that stupid on their own.
They feel morally and intellectually superior to “middle America”. They think that their liberalism is the obvious solution to every problem known to man. Liberalism/gov’t control is the solution, and anyone who disagrees is just uneducated. They aren’t looking at the issue properly if they conclude that anything other than a gov’t takeover of healthcare is the answer.
Remember when Bill Clinton said “the era of big government is over”? How does one reconcile the words of a good Democrat like Bill Clinton with the big government issues of Obama???? Obama does things in a big way, whether it’s Porkulus, bailouts of the financial industry, bailouts of car companies, or taking over healthcare. All of it reflects a big government and even socialist mindset.
I know that socialism is a dirty word in our politics, but Obama has socialist tendencies.

He spewed crazy accusations for years. Until one day during a speech where he basically said “If you’re smart you go to college, but if you’re stupid you get stuck in the military.”
After that doozie, he was toast. That comment was the nail in his coffin.
