Sometimes I think they are just that stupid on their own.

They feel morally and intellectually superior to “middle America”. They think that their liberalism is the obvious solution to every problem known to man. Liberalism/gov’t control is the solution, and anyone who disagrees is just uneducated. They aren’t looking at the issue properly if they conclude that anything other than a gov’t takeover of healthcare is the answer.

Remember when Bill Clinton said “the era of big government is over”? How does one reconcile the words of a good Democrat like Bill Clinton with the big government issues of Obama???? Obama does things in a big way, whether it’s Porkulus, bailouts of the financial industry, bailouts of car companies, or taking over healthcare. All of it reflects a big government and even socialist mindset.

I know that socialism is a dirty word in our politics, but Obama has socialist tendencies.

Your right there. All I remember is as a 13 year older, a long time ago, my late and beloved Grandfather assigned me his 39-30 Winchester and the duty of lowering or removing his groundhog population on his farm in the Shenandoah valley. I did as asked because you never said no to my Grandfather.

As basically a "non-hunter", as I buy my meat at my local IGA, I hold groundhogs at position of a house mouse but in the field.

I'm sure some PETA person will take an objection to this attitude but they probably never had to deal with a cow with a broken leg and having to put it down out of humanitarian considerations.

Accordingly,you can see my total lack of respect for Bela, the crook and the freaking 737 she flies on to get back to her protected SF Bay Mouse and all of its study money. What a total joke she is and thinks she is cool.
