I think her comments were a tad over the top, but on the other hand it got her opinion and her opposition in the news.

Frankly, given how we are being called Nazis and mobsters it’s pretty hard to fault her for calling the Obama health care plan evil. And I do agree that there is a bias in the program against the elderly and the disabled. It’s not in black and white but “creative” interpretation would allow the government to withhold care.

Given that some of the people in this administration are firmly ensconced in the culture of death (and I don’t just mean pro-abortion) I think she is correct to be highly suspicious of this plan.

Perhaps the Governor is a little to close emotionally to the potential ramifications for the mentally/physically handicapped. She (and probably with good reason) is fearful of the day socialized medicine demands the forced abortion of children like Trig.
