Outstanding idea. It would be good to get a congressman to sponsor and write that. Get a CBO study done on the amount of money that would save. Then splash it from one end of the country to the other.

I've been here since 2004 and have never posted a story or vanity. This isn't an original idea. It has been floated over the years. The first time I heard of it someone was proposing it for a state legislature. (Einstein said: “Ideas are in the air.”) I'm contacting my congresswoman, Marsha Blackburn.
