We need to get the word out..

I found this group breaking campaign law in the State of Florida. At 1:40 of the video a close up is made on the organizer's id pin.. the pin says: Florida Consumer Action Network. Florida law states that any group that actively engages in political activity, which this group is clearly doing, must be registered with the Florida Division of Elections.

Well this group hasn't been actively registered with the State of Florida since 2005!

He was clearly on the job there in a partisan effort passing out Obama’s signs. He didn’t pass out any of the opposition’s signs.

She needs to be made to answer for this, and his pic needs to be put all over this thread.

Are the local news folks mentioning this? Get ahold of them as well.

I found this group to be breaking the campaign law in the State of Florida.

Not sure if this would be considered "political activity" as that Florida statute defines it. The group could try to wheedle its way out of such a charge by describing their activity at this town hall as "issue advocacy" rather than "political activity." It's all a matter of semantics.
