For the record while Bush is in fact a RINO the KKK was an arm of the democrat party in the south to have control over blacks and republicans after the civil war.
At no point was it to my knowledge connected to republicans.

It was a tongue-in-cheek reference to how "Amerikkka" under Bush was portrayed by the Lefties: Darth Cheney listening in on your phone calls, air raiding villages in Afghanistan, dissent being patriotic, millions of lost jobs, out of control budget deficits, etc.
