We can't say that until Obamacare and his other major legislative programs are defeated. He'll get away with it if those in Congress ignore the people and pass his socialist agenda.
And those who pushed amnesty twice certainly paid no price, and are now working on attempt number three for amnesty.
They have to be defeated in Congress and then a large number of them defeated at the polls or Obama will get away with it.
If they do vote it in, they will be utterly routed in 2010 (and will probably be so anyway) and then the plans will be halted and turned around before very much of it can be implemented...it’s only a little over a year away.
